Clear all vehicles from your driveway to allow room for the installation trailer as well as protect your personal property from damage.
Empty all cabinets to be torn out.
Remove all appliances from project area (unless we are removing them for you).
Separate your pets from the installers. While we love pets, power tools and heavy lifting makes a danger zone, especially for friendly cats/dogs.
As a customer, what can I do to be prepared?
Once the styles are selected and details are ironed out we will set a tentative start date. As delivery dates are confirmed we will continue to stay in contact to confirm tear out and installation.
Then comes the fun part. We can add, move, rearrange, change, delete or any combination ensure the project works equally well for your style and budget.
Once we've set an appointment either Ed or Chris will be out to your home to measure your desired area of improvement. After measuring your new project area you should receive an email within 48-72 hours. Included will be: Project Estimate, 3D Rendering and any other necessary information or questions.

Often on jobs an electrician, plumber and countertops are needed. While we do not handle this work directly, for the benefit of our customers we have begun compiling a list of recommended contractors to contact to service these needs. We are always looking for new sub-contractors to work with so if you have a recommendation please feel free to let us know.
